Nashville, TN, USA – March 15, 2010– Arbinet Corporation [Nasdaq: ARBX], announces today at Comptel’s Spring 2010 Conference and Exposition that it has introduced into its network a new level of routing flexibility for its Arbinet Carrier Services (ACS) customers. Customer Based Routingsm enables a service provider or carrier customer to select from multiple grades of service for each destination over a single trunk group. A carrier can select routes with guaranteed CLI delivery and Mobile Subscriber Roaming Number (MSRN) support from Arbinet’s Premium Mobile routing table for destinations where its customers need the highest quality of service with advanced features. On the same trunk group, it can choose more aggressively priced routes from Arbinet Quality or Value routing tables for destinations where cost is the most important attribute in route selection. Customers are king for any business. An organization runs and profits if customers like their products and services. Organizations strive to continuously improve their products as well as services. Service can be pre sales and post sales. Since most of this happens over phone it is important that a company is comfortably reachable by any customer. Contact should not be affected in any way.
As your business grows you may need to change locations and thereby telephone numbers. Changing contact numbers every now and then will require a huge sum in advertising new numbers to all customers and many may not update their directories as well. With 0800 Numbers or 0845 Numbers or 0844 Numbers you just need to route your business number to new landlines or mobiles. While it saves you lot of time and money, your customers are not bothered to update numbers or otherwise anything. They can call you on the same number as usual.
Mobile routing is another way of keeping yourself connected with your customers while you are out for field work or on a business trip or maybe on a holiday. You can route your inbound calls to your mobile to receive calls.
It is very simple and easy to make these changes for your calls and customers to follow you wherever you are.

Routing inbound calls with call hunt groups, time of day routing to mobile and fixed landline destinations is a way to ensure all customer calls are attended. However one does not have control over which inbound call will land up in which destination number. Sometimes when inbound calls needs to be answered differently for specific areas or regions or countries it becomes mandatory to streamline calls and route them to specific groups. This is possible by Caller Route feature.
A nationwide bakery business that takes customized cake can apply caller routes feature to their freephone number. Calls from specific areas can be routed to the local center directly for taking up orders. Every bakery has a set of area codes set to it to receive inbound calls. While the customer need not look for the shop nearest to his locality it makes more sense for him to call the freephone number and find out the location and thereby be assured that the cake will be delivered on time at his door step.
Caller routes can be applied by segregating calls from east west north and south regions to four different hunt groups. There can be many ways but the whole idea to provide customers with direct access to nearest service or shop centers.
Caller routes is an inbuilt free feature on all 0800 numbers, 0845 numbers on 0844 numbers.
