One of our most successful events to date is the global meeting for wholesale telecom, the International Telecoms Week (ITW). JS&A worked closely with Capacity Media to provide PR and event communications for the first ITW in 2008 and we are excited to announce we will represent the show again this year. JS&A represented COMPTEL, the communications association of choice, helping to brand its bi-annual, industry-known trade shows, the COMPTEL PLUS Convention & EXPOs. In order to drive industry attendance and ensure membership participation and ROI, JS&A drafted and distributed the COMPTEL magazines, e-newsletters, e-blasts, brochures, postcards, surveys and website content. JS&A is the proud planner of HKCONNECT, an annual networking event hosted by HKCOLO, Hong Kong’s premier colocation provider. Our work included sponsorship outreach, venue and vendor negotiations, marketing and communications to exhibitors and attendees, and floor management. JS&A also planned an upscale cocktail reception for 50-plus, enterprise clients for RCN Business Solutions. This white-gloved affair was highly memorable, complete with a string quartet and network announcements from their CEO.
