Milestones

March 2010: JS&A welcomes Lauren Sauer, head of our new event and webinar division, and Coco Campbell, VP of finance, to the team.

September 2009: JS&A makes Ilissa Miller a Managing Partner.

September 2009: JS&A adds TELEHOUSE America to its distinguished client roster. JS&A also hires Vanessa Eixman as its Director of Business Development.

August 2009: JS&A expands its relationship with Arbinet Corp to assist in both marketing and public relations efforts for the global public company.

June 2009: JS&A hires Lauren Lemoi as its Marketing Researcher and Strategist.

June 2009: JS&A assists ITW 2009 in its PR initiatives.  The event is held June 1-3 at the Marriott Wardman Hotel in Washington DC. The company hires Lauren Lemoi as its Marketing Researcher and Strategist.

May 2009: With its acquisition by a leading private equity firm, Tinet is unveiled. Formerly known as Tiscali International Network, the new Tinet is the same great company focused on the wholesale IP and ethernet markets. JS&A worked with the Tinet team on this acquisition, including a media roundtable in Sardinia, Italy.

February 2009: JS&A signs Mzima Networks and International Telecoms Week 2009.  JS&A also brings on Karissa Campbell as its Marketing Researcher and Event Planner.

January 2009: JS&A helps Hibernia Atlantic launch one of the company's largest news to date-- a new network build to link Northern Ireland with North America and Europe-- click here for Hibernia's coverage on BBC News.

December 2008: JS&A works with its client Lexent Metro Connect to launch the company's website, www.lexent.net.

August 2008: Ilissa Miller joins the company as EVP as Arbinet selects JS&A as its global PR firm.

June 2008: JS&A is selected as the PR firm of choice for the first International Telecoms Week (ITW), organized by Capacity Media.

February 2008 : JS&A is selected by Tiscali International Network for US Public Relations.

January 2008: Jaymie Scotto founds DealCenter, LLC, turning one of JS&A's event planning tools, an online one-on-one meeting system, into it's own company.

August 2006: Michael Corr joins the JS&A team as Director of Brand Development.

October 2005: JS&A organizes HKCOLO's first HKCONNECT, an industry networking event in Hong Kong.

June 2005: JS&A organizes the telx Customer Business Exchange, including sponsorship acquisitions, signage, vendor negotiations and attendee and media outreach.

March 2005:  JS&A signs Hibernia Atlantic, a diverse transAtlantic cable company.

January 2005:  JS&A, the first PR and marketing firm dedicated to telecommunications, is founded.
